It is very common for tracking updates to pause for several days, particularly if you opted for the economy (standard) shipping service. Border clearance processes are out of our control and it is normal for your parcel tracking to stall at this stage. Please contact your local customs agency directly before reaching out to us. If your tracking hasn't been updated in 15 business days, get in touch with us via the contact form for further assistance.

If in-between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for ultra comfort. It is our aim to hold you in comfort through the varying fluctuations of a woman’s cycle; that’s why our innovative design features allow for each variant to fit across a number of shapes and sizes.
