Your satisfaction is our priority; we are here to support you if you need to return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn, unwashed and re-sellable condition. Refunds will be processed minus the cost of shipment, or an exchange of 110% store credit can be facilitated as an alternative to a refund.
Please note that shipping return costs are your responsibility, and we are not liable for lost items. Items that are heavily scented, marked with deodorant, have traces of animal hair or are improperly cared for will not be valid for a refund. Please read the care instructions for each garment and check carefully before preparing your return/exchange. Clearance items are non-refundable. We will not refund any delivery fees, duties or taxes that have been incurred at the time of purchase/delivery.
Defective garments
All of our garments are prepared by loving human hands. Sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have found an item that has slipped through our quality control and appears to be defective, please contact us with your order number and images of the damage/defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner to resolve the outcome. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery, before being worn, washed or removing tags.
Processing times
Please allow 1-5 business days for your refund to be processed (provided that none of the eligibilities have been breached). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and you will be notified once this has happened.
